Club Trips

All trips (unless specified) are organized and led by volunteer Club members. For insurance purposes, participation in Club trips requires that you have a membership.

Canoes along with some paddling and safety gear are available from the Club on the first come first serve basis. Personal gear is the responsibility of each participant. Any required group equipment is organized by participant co-operation. The costs (transportation, food, etc.) associated with each trip are shared.

Transportation is usually provided by car pooling. Food and meal preparation duties are shared. If unsure of your skills or capabilities, consider a day trip or a short one-camping-night trip before dreaming about a long wilderness adventure.

Most trips are quite flexible depending on the participants, it is best to contact the Trip coordinator well in advance of the trip date with your questions or concerns.
